Friendly Cancellation Policy 💛 We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. 1. Rescheduling & Cancellations • You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment with no penalty. • If something comes up within 24 hours, please reach out we’ll do our best to accommodate you. 2. No-Shows • If you miss your appointment without notice, a 25% may apply. This helps us cover the time we set aside just for you. 3. Running Late • We totally get it! If you’re running late, please let us know. We’ll do everything we can to still take care of you, but in some cases we may need to adjust the service or reschedule. 4. Deposits & Prepayments • Any deposits are non-refundable, but with proper notice, they can be applied toward a future appointment. Your time is valuable, and so is ours we appreciate your kindness and understanding in helping us keep things running smoothly 💕
